Tamara Sigerhall

Founder and Managing Partner

Tamara Sigerhall is passionate about elevating world-class Asian leaders, especially female talent, to make an impact in a global corporate setting. Her coaching and leadership development work is based on her philosophy of a leadership style of “constructive inclusion”, which harnesses the gift of the individual for the benefit of the collective.

She brings a unique blend of experience across corporate law, leadership development and executive search to her work with Founders, Boards and CEOs. Tamara’s curiosity for people and what it takes for a team to bring out the best in each individual, eventually led her to HR consulting.

From a career as an England & Wales qualified lawyer with Linklaters in London, Hong Kong and Shanghai to a human capital consultant with Korn Ferry in Singapore, Tamara has worked across Asia continuously for 22 years. She has built lasting connections with a broad network of executives across a range of industries.

Andy Yeo

Partner

Andy is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 35 years of experience, primarily in Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering. He commands deep expertise in designing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, processes, and tactics to ensure best-fit talent delivery across all organizational levels. His foundation was built through both service-provider experience in Search and Selection and leadership roles heading in-house recruitment teams within leading global multinational corporations and Singapore-listed organizations. In addition, he has partnered closely with business leaders to advance the human capital development of their teams over the years. 
 
Andy is recognized for his extensive understanding of the IT & Telecommunications, Executive Search, Petroleum & Utilities industries, and the Legal function. He thrives in dynamic and ambiguous environments, leveraging his strong relationship-building skills to foster trust and collaboration. Currently he is leading the Director development practice to enhance collective Board effectiveness.
 
As an accomplished interviewer, Andy brings authenticity and empathy to his engagements, facilitating meaningful dialogue and enabling genuine self-discovery.

Jerry McLean

Partner

Jerry McLean works with senior leaders and boards operating in complex, international contexts. Drawing on more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across Africa, Asia, and Europe — including senior roles with The Economist, McDonalds, Sodexo and IMA Asia alongside successful exits from ventures he led — he supports boards and top teams to navigate uncertainty, strengthen collaboration, and make clear decisions in high-stakes environments.

An EMCC Qualified Team Coach Practitioner and ICF coach and Luma design thinking facilitation techniques, Jerry combines accredited coaching practice with hard-won leadership insight. He has led and advised organisations across multiple sectors, giving him first-hand understanding of the pressures and dynamics that play out in boardrooms and executive teams alike.

His approach brings together rigorous diagnostics and practical experience, with a focus on creating the conditions for high-quality dialogue. He enables boards to surface unspoken dynamics, align around purpose, and address the human factors that so often shape strategic outcomes.

Prior to joining CGT Partners, Anette held operational leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, where she supported the Managing Partner for Southeast Asia, as well as a team of Executive Assistants.

She has first-hand experience recruiting for the Digital McKinsey Practice across Asia-Pacific. Anette is fluent in English, Swedish and Spanish.
